店家應該檢討是不是哪個環節導致「出餐速度慢」，而不是老是說客人多導致讓人等了那麼久！

既然用講的就可以點了你們還需要菜單幹嘛？既然不用排隊你們還需要弄一個排隊的點餐序列幹嘛？

餐點加料少給、吐司發霉、點奶油卻寫巧克力！而為什麼寫巧克力呢？因為兩份都是焦的不是酥是焦的而且兩份都如此！！趕著上班還吃到這樣的早餐，告知了也只說了對不起，之後更誇張的是吃到發霉土司，小孩都吃半個了才發現，好險小孩沒不適，綜合以上對於第一餐這麽想快點解決的人來說真的不想再遇到驚喜了，如果忙不過來就請別再接熊貓單！把品質顧好生意才能長久吧！
