Crispy outside and juicy soft inside, while full of fresh scallion aroma, this is a legendary place that we made our pilgrimage visits here, every time in Keelong.
Please ignore those comments about atmosphere of dinning environment, this place has never intended for high street dining. This is started as a labour class quick grab-and-eat stall and it still is. So, if you worry about it's dining environment, then just have take-away, then you won't miss this legendary pancake while in Keelong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keelung traditional breakfast for early workers such as sail men. The green onion cake is greasy and bit salty because the workers need calorie to work and may sometimes omit supper. Except for its oil, I gave 5 stars because the green onion cake is undoubtedly delicious. Normally, the food sold out in around 13:00. I recommend you to come here no later than 12:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look no further if you're looking for a cheap, good tasting local breakfast. Easily the best green onion bread (葱油饼）I've tried.
The servers there are extremely kind and friendly. Also loved the old shop atmosphere there too!
Would definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best scallion fried pancake there is on Earth. This Keelung version is a little thicker, and adding a frying egg on top is a heavenly plate. The place might not look like much, but it got its own neighborhood vibe to it. Do not expect any restaurant elements, but expect a superb line up. No English menu, just point on whatever you see people are eating. Must try if you are up exploring the city early.
