★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住戶每年都於社區內露天燃燒金紙，管委會都不積極制止，造成空氣污染跟明火危險，其他社區還跑來抗議跟報警。

A clean and medium-sized community. There seem to be quite a few elderly people in it. They stroll in the atrium during the day. The atmosphere is good and there are not many public facilities.
