疫苗跟看診的人完全沒有分流
所有人直接塞滿診所,有感冒症狀的人直接跟打疫苗的人完全貼在一起,領藥單也得等打疫苗的人資料建檔完才能領

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個診所就算是給一星也照樣是高鵬滿座川流不息,因為這裡是基隆人口密度與高齡化最高的地方,很不幸,好診所卻一處難求。相信大部分的基層醫療技術水準都有一定基礎,所以能比較的就只有醫心與醫德,關於這個診所所見如下:
(1)是個防疫大破口,對於進門的患者沒有強制實聯制與酒精消毒、量體溫。診所大門經常密閉,關著成群的患者,都是由待診的病人主動打開。洗手間髒亂。
(2)診間門常常不關,忽視病人隱私。
(3)駐診的鄭姓醫師比較輕蔑看待病人對症狀的闡述,無法耐心聆聽,對病人自述症狀與感受常有不信任與質疑的現象,因此大多會開出沒有必要或者重複的藥物,因此有誤判病源的機率。
建議:
轉診到隔壁診所,不然就配合時間給余院長看!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我從小到大都在這看,看診速度快,醫生也很有耐心為你服務,但櫃檯小姐真的態度很差,上禮拜我要預約第二劑疫苗,櫃檯小姐跟我說:「下午兩點到三點開始施打喔!」我還再三確認還打兩通電話問他是確定就是這時間嗎,我還跟他解釋因為我是軍人,所以我要確認好時間才能跟我們長官請疫苗假並且我也跟他說聲抱歉造成他困擾,櫃檯小姐還很兇跟我說就是這時間啊 不然就不要打,於是我就說我沒這意思只是想確認而已,今天我來這打疫苗我兩點就很準時來,他連讓我講話空間都沒有,以為我是看診病人就說2:30才能來繳錢,我很納悶為什麼要繳錢為什麼要等2:30不是2.開始施打嗎? 正當我要跟他說時電話來了 我看她再忙我也很不好意思說什麼,只能一直等
等到2:30我跟他說我有預約疫苗,他開始臉很臭跟我說:「不是都說一點到兩點為什麼你們都這時候來」
我很生氣的說:我當初就問你們櫃檯小姐 是你們櫃檯小姐告訴我是兩點到三點
他一直跟我解釋一直跟我說不可能

我媽確診時間是6/2期間我都代替我媽媽去其他診所視訊看診,6/6號時我媽想換到博群診療看看,因為不論怎麼篩都還是陽性吃西藥中藥都沒有用,去博群視訊看診的那天,醫生明確地清楚地再三確認後表示要我媽6/10(此時已經解隔結束)來抽血檢查,並且可以不用快篩,即使是陽性也能出來。
我媽在6/10的上午9點左右到貴診所掛號,為了抽血不吃不喝,換來的是櫃檯小姐直接「破口大罵」,「你為什麼可以出來?」等等,我媽也有解釋是有經過貴診所的醫生的允許後才出來,您們的櫃檯小姐直接地在所有人面前罵問說:「你是不是神經病?」「哪有哪位醫生這樣說,只有妳自己在講而已」。
請問這就是外籍移民該得到的尊重嗎?
你知道當下我媽有多害怕嗎?
當下沒有其他護士小姐出來阻止,所有這就是貴診所的常態嗎?
貴診所是新豐街大多數病人都會第一時間想到的地方,這也證明了醫生的專業,同時也代表貴診所每天的工作量一定很繁忙,但不代表當眾辱罵病人是合情合理欸,一言既出駟馬難追,賠償或是道歉,有可能撫平我媽當時的心理創傷嗎?
