我從剛開業就來看到現在,只能說護士的態度一個比一個差,假日人多忙就算了!平日晚上沒人還是一樣態度差。

到診所很多人排隊 我們過號到櫃檯詢問 人員請我們排隊報到 排隊了快10分鐘才掛一個人就算了 排了15分鐘還沒到我們 在隊伍中間、我們後面至少還有6-7個 人員突然叫女兒名字請我們進去 老的就說「叫我們幹嘛」 又要請我們再排隊????????? 要退卡不看了也請我們再重新排隊 今天妳們沒做好流程是你們的事 到底我們已經排到隊伍中後面還有很多人在等 請問我們排到快到了 是要我們再排回去???? 後面還有一堆人 當作我們的時間都不是時間嗎? 老的都做那麼久了 員工不懂流程妳沒問題嗎 櫃檯閒置那麼多人 現場掛號、過號報到、預約報到 不會做區隔嗎? 從11點出頭 等你們掛一個人 都快等到過你們最後報到時間了 那麼多人只能做一件事 沒效率就算了 基本掛號、報到流程都沒有規範嗎?

第一次來。18:00看診,17:50到,外面已經一票人,而且掛號還是掛好的,原來還有這種操作。 等了老半天掛到15號叫到我的名字,已經是18:40了,結果又在診療間門外等了15分鐘, 啊既然還要等就不是輪到我啊,請問點乎+按燈號有何實益?進了門竟然兩分鐘就看完了,竟然以3天前有在另外一家皮膚科看過了開過口服藥為理由,不給另外開藥,hello excuse me?阿如果上一家看完皮膚沒什麼狀況的話我換一家看要做什麼?多開罐可以擦個藥、或是口服藥多開有什麼問題嗎? 真的要參考廣大網友的留言評論,感受非常差勁。

去了很多次,看過4位全部醫生的門診,醫生基本上都很有耐心,但就是等了幾小時,看3分鐘不到就出來。整體動線也不是很好,讓人搞不清楚要如何掛號或預約後要怎麼掛號,而且有時候不清楚做錯櫃檯部分人員就會口氣不耐煩的說,甚至對年長者也會如此,記得是一位穿便服不年輕的阿姨常常這樣,雖然病患很多很忙,但覺得如果要當護理師或櫃檯人員,基本的態度還是要有。藥局的話直走診所後面就到,以前看的女藥師態度都很好,但近期好像有一位新來的男藥師感覺沒什麼耐心,都叫人自己看藥怎麼用,也很匆忙(我自己是因為看很多次,但第一次來的人不好好說明是要怎麼理解用法?)。總之就是內在美,外在不佳的診所,動線跟內部環境都有很大的改善空間。
