不願意接受配合公司也不想服務顧客，那基隆所怎麼不收起來算了！

4月18日下午打去基隆通訊處，好不容易接電話了，但相關問題都推說不知道（語氣很不以為然），都推說要問總公司？
那通訊處要幹嘛？怎不打包收起來算了⋯⋯
4/19早上填線上客服諮詢繳費問題後，下午看保單狀態，都被刪掉變成無保單狀態？
蒐集客戶資料後，卻變成無保單？
在騙取個人資料嗎？
