In the morning, I went to the 3F to apply for the refund of compulsory locomotive scrapping insurance. I need to bring my ID card, seal, scrapping form, passbook (for refund), insurance policy (electronic type can be exempted). I asked by phone yesterday afternoon, and the answer is great.
