全家都用台灣之星,店長跟其他同事人很好有耐性。 但9月16日詢問妹妹合約到期換手機事宜時接待人員為潘小姐,開頭第一句就是上個月不是來問過?(由於8月方案感覺沒有以往優惠,當時櫃檯友善建議我們9月再來詢問,因每月方案都會改變),我們想請潘小姐跟公司反應客戶意見,表示現在方案較以往沒什麼優惠,她表示現在公司方案就是這樣,一臉要辦不辦隨便你們,後來她的態度都很惡劣,我們決定最後那個門號不續約了寧願賠違約金攜碼去亞太,她在辦理解約時東西都用摔的.... 已將意見反應給台灣之星客服,想分享給其他顧客,除了潘小姐以外的人服務都還是不錯。

疫情期間大家都能體諒 但是你們門口沒有半個店員管控人數…結果本人進去取號碼牌之後突然被遠處櫃檯喊 先生室內不超過5人 請到外面…傻眼…結果我算一下 櫃檯3個服務員+4客人+後面展示機還有2客人在等2待…這樣沒超過5人?這樣有在管控人數? 店內員禮儀給人感覺很差 現在貴店是在趕客人的意思嗎?
