當年要貸款時說需要具備社員資格才可貸款，並享有社員福利。
多年來皆可領取紅利及紀念品，惟今年起存摺內未滿10000元無法領取紀念品！
雖然只是小贈品，但是感覺很不舒服！無預警、無通知…..
要退社員也不行，因有貸款存在，唯一辦法就是轉貸他行，這麼多年了！真是不爽！
