★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this little harbor & new there are well managed businesses her. Surreal world apart. Something brittle culturally, though. Tense hospitality. Something culturally unsettled? I suspect it's some aspect of command and obey culture at play somewhere in the system. Sad.
