★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優點是冷氣度強，近千人等候，仍感舒適。缺點等待登船時間非常久(大約就是從台南搭火車到台北所需花費的時間。)，郵輪服務人員還未依排隊順序讓乘客辦理登船，排在後面的第一百位旅客都已辦理檢查通關登船，我們還在排隊，服務引導動線超級差勁。
 The advantage is that the air-conditioning is strong, nearly a thousand people are waiting, still feel comfortable. Disadvantages The waiting time for boarding is very long (about the time it takes to take the train from Tainan to Taipei.), the cruise service staff has not yet allowed passengers to board the ship in the order in which they are queued. Checking the customs clearance and boarding, we are still queuing, the service guide line is super poor.

The inside and outside have been renewed and clean. There are tobacco and alcohol shops and cafes for use inside. Sitting in there and looking at the commercial port while watching the eagle hovering in the sky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基隆港港務大樓自從改建為東岸旅客中心之後.在2020年動工又改建麗都蝶客花園(還沒有開放).這裡很像是一個大花園,搭乘麗星郵輪不論是上船或是下船都很有警官又舒適.以後開放之後會成為基隆新的臉書打卡與拍照熱點
