★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水產滷麵店首先要分享的是白斬雞，樸實無華的擺盤，簡單無餘的沾醬（醬油辣椒沫），視覺樸實味道確驚豔澎湃！油嫩多汁的口感（美味）。一定要吃！滷麵為什麼放在第二順位來介紹？就因為有白斬雞的雞湯來鋪陳，那麼同等的驚豔就不呀意了！油麵Q軟湯濃鮮美多層次就是這麼好吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親眼看到店員熟練將裝有辣椒醬油的醬料碟（不確定是否是其他客人使用過的）快速倒回辣椒醬油區，並用抹布擦拭清潔醬料碟。瞬間不敢再使用桌上的醬料。疫情期間其實更應該注重飲食衛生。不論醬料是否有使用過，都不應該倒回去。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老店了，吃的是一種回憶....從我阿公時期就有的店家，招牌是切雞肉...公公愛釣魚，沒想到他也愛吃這間的雞肉盤，住新北的我感到神奇，因為這是在地人才知道的店，臨近路邊，停車不易，但可找周邊沒畫線臨停，雞肉消費方式較特別，直說切$多，例：切$200雞肉
別用高標評比環境，食物等級，不難吃就是了！對有些人返鄉來說吃的是種回憶！
It's an old shop, and eating is a kind of memory.... The shop has existed since my grandfather's time, and the sign is cut chicken... My father-in-law loves fishing, but I didn't expect that he also likes to eat this chicken dish. I live in New Taipei. It's amazing, because this is a shop that only local people know. 沒有菜單要自己去看有什麼小菜跟偷聽別人點菜??老闆也會推薦
覺得很驚艷的是蚵仔煎蛋（不過蠻油的）
滷筍跟白斬雞也很不錯
可以跟老闆說大概要多少錢的拼盤（例如白斬雞+紅燒肉200元）
價格還算合理
湯麵也不錯，湯頭很鮮，整體來說會想再去吃，但要多找一些人才能多吃幾種菜。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為沒有名字所以也沒有菜單??，現場看有什麼就叫什麼吃，雞肉很好吃?，但價格半隻跟21世紀的全雞差不多。
