★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上09:09打電話過去管理中心，接通電話的是一位女士，我詢問「請問開了嗎？」，結果對方口氣很不耐煩很差的說「開什麼？」，後來我確認管理中心開門後也跟對方說謝謝，然後電話那方的女士也沒任何回應就結束通話，其實當下感覺非常差，因為曾經工作人員遲到，去了沒開門，住戶打電話確認有必要態度這麼差嗎？
