 A historical landmark during the Japanese occupation period, commemorating the martyrdom of the Keelung Port during the construction of the port. There is no maintenance around the monument, and the wooden ladder will be very slippery on rainy days, so be careful when walking. The commentary provides historical allusions, monument body design and historical photos of Keelung Port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 會經過103巷的防空洞群，紀念廣場可看到下方的西岸14號碼頭，不遠就是清幽的港務局宿舍高遠新村，過高遠橋後更可到聖安宮或球子山燈塔。這整條漫步放鬆很合適
After passing through the air-raid shelters on Lane 103, you can see Pier 14 on the West Bank below the Memorial Plaza. Not far from the quiet and peaceful port office dormitory Gaoyuan New Village, you can even go to the St. Ann Palace or Qiuzishan Lighthouse after crossing the Gaoyuan Bridge. This whole walk is suitable for relaxation

特點：日治期包括參道、紀念廣場與紀念碑三部分。續行可見幾棟早期港務局舊官舍。
Founded in 1930. It can be listed as one of the 100 scenic spots in Keelung and one of the eight scenic spots in Zhongshan District.

Keelung Chikang Port Martyrs Monument' To commemorate the unfortunate martyrdom of the workers during the Japanese Occupation, the style is in line with the Western architectural school "eclecticism". The building is preserved intact, but the text has disappeared, which is a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於斜坡路邊，其實不太會被注意到，沿路有很多防空洞。整體空間蠻大的，有參道和紀念廣場，平台旁還有一些築港歷史照片及介紹。這是紀念１８９９年開始建造台灣第一個實施港口現代化的港灣，殉職的工作人員。四個角邊的圓柱體，拱形石砌，中間柱子正反面都有白色長方形，上面以前應該有刻字或寫字，但現在字跡已被抹平。
Located on the side of a sloping road, it is actually not noticeable, and there are many air-raid shelters along the road. The overall space is quite large, with a walkway and a memorial square, and there are some historical photos and introductions of Chikang beside the platform. This is to commemorate the death of the staff who began to build Taiwan's first harbor to modernize the port in 1899. The four corner cylinders are arched stone masonry, and the middle pillars have white rectangles on the front and back. There should have been lettering or writing on it, but the writing has been smoothed out.
