★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為收費機無法繳費導致車子無法出場，對講機無人接聽，客服等很久，後來終於打通有人接聽，但是仍然無法處理。雖然轉給專人電話處理，最後可以出場，但是耽誤了將近20~30分鐘才能出場，讓我很不滿意。
