古早味的麵線“糊”,腸子用五香粉去滷的,所以麵線吃起來也會有點五香的味道,滷腸滷的算爛,但有點乾癟。可能是去買的時候近中午,所以麵線沒什麼湯汁了,買大碗的紮紮實實都是麵線。辣椒只有一般的豆瓣醬,嗜辣的會覺得不夠。

身為一個二十年以上的老顧客 老實說 這家麵線糊 並不能排上基隆麵線的前三名 因為它的麵線本身味道並不明顯 要加上滷大腸的些許湯汁 跟蒜頭醬油的調味後 這家麵線糊的味道才算完整 但是它是俺心目中的第一名 因為從小吃到現在 總覺得麵線湯頭應該就是淡淡的 所以其他家的麵線 味精的輕重 總是吃的出來 就算蒜頭醬油加多了 攪拌均勻後 口味還是很讚 而且滷大腸的口感更是一絕 有嚼勁又香 每週兩三次的光顧 都是基本的 希望大家有機會 都來嘗試一下....
