隔天車牌燈泡一顆故障 今天去店裡詢問很好心的直接兩顆幫我換新的 並在收取一次材料費 我詢問老闆娘如果東西沒有保固 可以直接跟客人說 問看客人要不要再換一組新的 而不是直接換新的然後強迫客人在付一次費用 客人不買單問題丟給客人 新的都拆封了也裝上車沒有辦法在賣給其他客人 硬是要消費者買單…
當初我也知道你們賣的比較貴 但我覺得買東西方便就好 該賺的還是要給別人賺 但是你們處理方式很誇張 把消費者當作盤子在敲？
