★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏龍乾麵的拌醬上桌時很搶眼、麵體視覺口感雖類似烏龍但少了讓口感回彈的勁道，顛覆了我對烏龍麵傳統印象！
嘴邊肉湯很優！可惜所點小菜較讓我沒感到驚喜的口感！
店內環境乾淨清新！
 The mixed sauce of dried oolong noodles is very eye-catching when it is served. Although the visual taste of the noodles is similar to oolong, it lacks the strength to make the taste rebound, which subverts my traditional impression of udon!
The broth is excellent! It's a pity that the side dishes I ordered were more pleasant to me!

調味料的瓶罐也擦拭非常乾淨，
拿起來使用很安心。
湯頭一喝就好喜歡，
清爽有味也夠燙，
黑白切的菜單在牆壁上，
有一道是眼睛肉，
感覺很特別，但賣完了。
下次會再訪，路邊也好停車。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天蒞臨本店,身為烏龍麵愛好者的我果然沒有失望，烏龍麵條吃起來不軟爛，條條分明，順口莫名會想要一口接著一口吸，湯頭也很清淡好喝，沒有任何油垢味！！
整體很好吃，麵一碗30$（也可以點半碗15$）真的不貴，也可以點乾的。
接著額外點了小菜：油豆腐、小肚、三層肉，吃起來都很新鮮尤其是三層肉好嫩沒有腥味是我最驚豔的，會在帶男朋友蒞臨本店，謝謝老闆 & 老闆娘（老闆好帥✨✨，老闆娘很有親和力可愛）

I came to our shop today, as an udon noodle lover, I was not disappointed. The udon noodles were not soft, and the strips were clear. I would want to take one bite after one bite. The soup was also very light and delicious, without any greasy dirt. taste! !
The whole thing is delicious, a bowl of noodles is 30$ (you can also order a half bowl for 15$) which is really not expensive, and you can also order dry.
Then I ordered additional side dishes: oily tofu, small belly, three-layer meat, they tasted very fresh, especially the three-layer meat was so tender and had no fishy smell. I am most amazed. I will bring my boyfriend to our restaurant. Thank you boss & boss (boss So handsome ✨✨, the proprietress is very friendly and cute)

環境 : 簡樸明亮，冷藏櫃特別乾淨衛生，裡頭的食材看起來新鮮無虞 。
嘴邊肉&五花肉 : 不見騷味，嫩中帶Q，嘖嘖...唇齒留香 。
油豆腐 : 中規中矩
烏龍麵 : 少許油蔥、芹菜點綴，湯汁清爽，喝起來溫暖舒服 。而麵條本人雖然少了Q勁，但帶著淡淡麵香 。
這樣2碗麵，3盤小菜只需要155元 ! 完食戲碼再次收尾，然後帶著滿足離開...うまい ! 很讚的基隆Local美食 。

In this way, 2 bowls of noodles and 3 dishes of small dishes only cost 155 yuan! After the meal, the scene ends again, and then leave with satisfaction... うまい! Very good local food in Keelung.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional and traditional Taiwanese cuisine. The freshly butchered pork is the key. The broth of the noodles soup is well cooked and the noodles are at perfect tenderness.
A very nice place where you can get a bite of the local essence before you board the cruise.
