位在西六號碼頭的老麵店,早上6點~下午2點半賣的是麵飯、豬腸、黑白切 ;下午4點~凌晨1點賣的是肉圓 。 環境 : 簡樸,座位不多。 小黃瓜、油豆腐 : 中規中矩 。 菜頭滷 : 當季好吃 ! 燙青菜 : 竟然有茼蒿 ! 一大碗才25元 ! 且鮮嫩、好吃 ! 滷肉飯(小) : 乍看之下就一般般,但套上一碗10元的價格.....頓時變得超值 ! 肉燥一點也不馬虎,還挺好吃的哩 。 乾麵 : 筷子拌了兩下油蔥撲鼻,整個開胃 ! 陽春麵條吃起來帶著微微Q勁,散發著厚實麵香,嘖嘖...懷念的古早味 ! 餛飩湯 : 可加貢丸(一個10元),實實在在滿滿一大碗,相較餛飩的餡鮮滑Q,貢丸顯得普通些,湯頭還算不錯 。 五層豬腸湯 : 先不論好吃與否,光是這工法就難能可貴,軟中帶Q,夾著微微的扎實與脆口,這和過去吃過的三層豬腸又是另一個境界啊~搭配淡淡的麻油湯頭,嗯~美味、涮嘴 ! 好吃、不思議 !

從Taipei walker 得知這家店,只有開上午,下午之後會變成肉圓(也超好吃!),假日大約十點半左右抵達,五層豬腸就已經賣完了,還需要再等40分鐘。 滷肉飯偏肥、小菜除了吉古拉跟豬腸,三層肉跟豆乾都是冷盤,單吃味道比較清淡,要再搭配桌上的醬比較有味道~旁邊還有搭配很多醃製小黃瓜,口味很清爽?? 招牌的五層豬腸真的很特別!喜歡豬腸的人一定很愛,而且不會有內臟或豬肉的臭味,處理的很乾淨,每一個的層次都很多,可以品味很久~
