炒麵太油且口味一般，以前放在桌上讓大家享用的好吃辣椒魚乾也移走了，真的失望…
魚湯才四塊小魚肉，且肉質一般，以後不會再二訪了…
 A large bowl of fried noodles $40 (only noodles and marinade, not even bean sprouts) + a marinated egg $15 + miso fish soup $50 is slightly expensive!
The fried noodles were too oily and tasted mediocre. The delicious dried fish with chilli that was put on the table for everyone to enjoy has also been removed. I am really disappointed…
The fish soup is only four pieces of small fish, and the meat is average. I will not visit again in the future...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20210918 鮮魚湯湯頭好喝魚肉普普通通靠店家芥末辣椒醬油沾著吃就還好這價格別期待太高就是一個粗飽的選擇，炒麵加上店家的辣椒就真的好吃了但略油，服務大姊有一位矮小的態度好好還會跟客人閒聊打屁。
20210918 The fresh fish soup is delicious. The fish meat is usually eaten by the store’s mustard and chili soy sauce. The price is not too high. It is a rough and full choice. The fried noodles and the store’s chili are really delicious but slightly oily. The service eldest sister has a short attitude and even chats with the guests well.

初訪俞家排隊的人太多，且抽煙太臭。
改先來試試這家。排隊約30分鐘。
鮮魚湯50。帶點輕微四神湯的味道，口味溫醇，一點回甘，有再續了一次湯，魚肉緊實帶點些微嚼勁，不乾柴。整體口味上個人還是較喜歡台南的鮮魚湯。
味噌魚湯50。味噌湯底口味重，偏甜。

Fresh fish soup 50. It has a slight taste of Sishen soup, the taste is warm and mellow, a little sweet, and the soup is continued again, the fish meat is firm and a little chewy, not dry wood. In terms of overall taste, I still prefer the fresh fish soup in Tainan.
Miso Dashi 50. The miso soup base is heavy and sweet.
