整年都可以看到公告說哪裡零件要更換，結果愈換愈爛。
整個社區問題一堆，也難怪外面對這社區評價一直不好，拜託管委會認真一點好嗎？

多次與管委會反應有改善嗎？
想體驗隨時會沒水，車子亂停 、環境髒亂、電梯老舊
的生活，歡迎搬進這個社區。
2021/10/15 更新：管委會公佈已派人修理，但事隔兩個禮拜又停水囉。
