★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日上班時因為覺得口渴所以滿心期待的去點了極品茶緣這家飲料店，因為害怕飲料會太甜所以點了微糖正常冰，結果飲料送到時居然是正常甜微冰！一杯超級甜的飲料根本吞不下嚥，致電去極品茶緣時，店員表示知道自己做錯但沒辦法再送一杯正確的飲料來請我們自行過去拿，就是因為沒辦法自己離開工作場所才叫外送的，請問這樣是在為難我們嗎？我能體恤大家工作都很辛苦但最後居然跟我說 反正妳現在的那杯飲料我們也沒有拿回來啊⋯⋯⋯這態度真的不行欸??
When I was thirsty at work today, I was looking forward to ordering the best tea at this beverage shop. Because I was afraid that the drink would be too sweet, I ordered the normal ice with micro-sugar, but when the beverage was delivered, it was unexpectedly sweet and slightly iced! I couldn’t swallow a super sweet drink at all. When I called to the best tea party, the clerk said that he knew that he had done something wrong but he couldn’t send another correct drink to ask us to pick it up. It was called delivery because there was no way to leave the workplace. Yes, is this embarrassing us? I can empathize that everyone is very hard at work, but in the end you actually told me that we didn’t get back your drink anyway...this attitude is really not good ??
