可惜第一棟的路灯，很高並且直射第一户，令人眼睛不舒服。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區警衛有跟沒有一樣，真不知道幹嘛花這個錢請警衛，管委會也是一個爛，叫換個燈泡叫了半年，要發脾氣才來換，地下室坑坑洞洞比基隆的馬路還爛，反應也不處理，只會回有在討論了，最好是討論了那麼多年都沒結論，難怪一堆人不想繳管理費。
The community guards are the same as there are none. I really don’t know why the guards are spent with this money. The management committee is also a bad one. I called for a light bulb for half a year. I had to lose my temper before changing. The basement potholes are worse than Keelung’s roads. , I don’t deal with the reaction, I will only discuss it back. It’s better to have no conclusion after discussing for so many years. No wonder a bunch of people don’t want to pay management fees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中低價社區，除臨基金一路那排透天以外，社區內大部份為5層樓無電梯公寓，社區內有早餐店、全家、雜貨店各一家，環境尚稱潔淨。
In the low-to-medium-priced community, except for the plethora of Lin Fund all the way, most of the community is a five-story walk-up apartment. There is a breakfast shop, a whole family, and a grocery store in the community. The environment is still clean.
