★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以命理的角度來看房子正對面看到的是醫院。這房子風水就不是很理想。但是如果沒有禁忌的人買房可考慮這裡。
以科學不迷信的立場來看橘郡其實這裡生活機能真的不錯。整棟大樓有電梯有警衛。地下室有專屬停車場。對面有基隆最大的長庚醫院。左右兩邊有全聯和果菜市場。附近有頂好、屈臣氏、郵局、二信銀行、土地銀行。賣吃的也不少。幼稚園。國小。中學都很近。
要去金山、萬里、台北、相當方便。橘郡大門外就有車牌。
這邊的缺點就是車子很多過馬路非常危險。時常會聽到救護車鳴笛聲和其他車聲尤其是深夜聽到格外吵雜。

It is quite convenient to go to Jinshan, Wanli and Taipei. There are license plates outside the Orange County gate.
The downside here is that the car is very dangerous to cross the road. I often hear ambulance whistle and other car sounds, especially late at night.
