The establishment of the Huanglaishi Exhibition Hall traces the history of the Keelung River. When the gemstones stand in the pavilion like a human being, the past scenes are no longer there. The water environment has become history. The cement wall isolates the distance between people and water. The potholes reappear to the world. I miss the memory of the past.

基隆河上游多急流和漩渦，急流中夾帶的砂石，陷入河床的凹部後，在堅硬的河床上進行鑽蝕作用，形成大大小小洞穴，因狀似茶壺，稱為「壺穴」。
基隆河壺穴地形精華集中於暖暖一帶，尤其是暖江橋下的壺穴群最為可觀。據調查，基隆河壺穴總數有3571個，其中光是暖江壺穴就超過2000個，這麼美麗的天然教室，從暖暖火車站出來上天橋就能看得到。其他還有比較知名的，如大華壺穴，就在平溪線大華車站附近，只是要觀賞就沒有暖暖壺穴那麼方便。
The pothole is a very charming small terrain. If you have ever been to Yehliu or nearby Nuannuan, I believe you will be able to experience the charm of the pothole.
There are many rapids and whirlpools in the upper reaches of the Keelung River. The sand and gravel entrained in the rapids sink into the recesses of the riverbed and then undergo drilling erosion on the hard riverbed, forming large and small caves, which are called "pot holes" because they resemble teapots.
The essence of Keelung River pothole topography is concentrated in the Nuannuan area, especially the pothole group under the Nuanjiang Bridge. According to the survey, there are 3571 pot holes in Keelung River, of which more than 2,000 are Nuanjiang pot holes alone. Such a beautiful natural classroom can be seen from Nuannuan Railway Station on the flyover. There are other well-known ones, such as the Dahua Huxue, which is located near Dahua Station on the Pingxi Line. It is not as convenient as the warming Huxue just to watch.
