2019年8月11日,我至車麗屋購買安卓機,車麗屋的廖姓技師聲稱他幫我安裝的車機比車麗屋販售的車機速度更快、更便宜。
(事後才反應過來,原來該名技師是不經由車麗屋,私下偷安裝車機賺取外快。)
2019年8月13日,廖姓技師利用休假日至我家安裝車機(4核),隔日(14日)我發現車機第四台無法觀看,向該技師反映後,收到答覆:「先轉別台試試看!」。這台車機好了幾天又故障,想著反正主要用於聽音樂跟導航而已,應該沒有大礙,所以未再要求廖姓技師更換車機。
(車機安裝完後,廖姓技師以各種理由拖欠發票。)
持續用至2020/06/24,車機開始出現其他異常,導航無故閃退、APP無故閃退、導航GPS無法定位等。向廖姓技師反映後,約定於9/30前至車麗屋維修,但到了現場廖姓技師人卻不在,再次約定時間後又二度撲空。此外,在售後處理上十分消極,訊息總是隔了好幾日才回覆。
基於種種因素,實在無法再忍受自己花錢購買了差勁的產品、得到了差勁的售後服務與保固。於是,我請廖姓技師務必將當初購買安裝車機的發票交還給我,我將尋找消保官協助處理。廖姓技師聽聞此言終於願意處理,承諾由出貨商(虹均汽車多媒體)更換一台8核心車機給我,並約定2020/10/6晚上6點前往七堵這間車行安裝。
當我依約抵達虹均時才知曉,須再花費$5,000才可更換8核心的車機……。我心想:「好吧...,那就再貼5000,至少效能會比四核好。」,請老闆一樣幫我安裝車機。老闆請我稍待一會,理由是因為他的傳說對決玩到一半還未結束……。(挺讓人無言的吧……。)
歷經千辛萬苦,終於等到虹均的老闆將車機更換完畢,這次記取教訓,立即向老闆索取發票並要求啟用保固。老闆卻保證,他會將今日施工內容拍照上傳粉絲專頁,即日起1年為保固,1年內有問題都可以用LINE聯繫。而發票部分,聲稱以臉書粉絲專頁作為憑證,所以無開立發票。
但是!
事後不僅粉專上沒有看到相關文章外,在八核心的車機使用不到一年的情況下,竟毫無預警的無法使用(無法顯示畫面),喪失導航的功能,代表著接下來行程都將被打亂……。
我向虹均的老闆連繫,但用LINE聯繫了許久都沒有回應。我只能被迫放棄這間車行的保固,除了再次獲得糟糕的服務品質、售後服務,也必須自己認賠前後車機的總花費($17,000+$5,000換了4核一台,8核一台,使用壽命兩台皆不足1年)。
規勸各位消費者在選擇商家時,須注意廠商是否確實有提供保固與提供發票,不要只是口頭保固,實際上遇到事情就人間蒸發。花了錢卻得到了極差的產品與服務,明明使用期間都不超過一年阿!
給這間車行一顆星,不僅是對車行提供的車機品質,也是對服務人員的服務態度。既然承諾有保固,就不該錢收了後就什麼都不管,沒有要求更換全新車機,但在保固內至少也幫我把問題解決吧?如果不願意,就不應該承諾保固。經過這次經驗,對這間廠商信心全無,願大家可以依他人經驗斟酌是否至此安裝車用設備。
最後,也請大家在安裝車機時要記得注意廠商是怎麼接線的。我在事後到其他車廠重新安裝車機才發現,原來我原廠倒車顯影的線在之前被剪去接車機倒車顯影鏡頭,而線路也沒處理好,造成訊號時有時無,真是可怕的經驗。

In addition, the after-sales processing is very negative, and the message is always answered after several days.
Due to various factors, I can no longer bear to spend money to buy bad products, get bad after-sales service and warranty. Therefore, I asked the technician surnamed Liao to return to me the invoice for the purchase and installation of the car and machine, and I will seek the assistance of the consumer protection officer. The technician surnamed Liao was finally willing to deal with this statement and promised that the shipper (Hongjun Auto Multimedia) would replace an 8-core car machine for me, and agreed to go to Qidu this car shop at 6pm on October 6, 2020 to install it.
When I arrived at Hongjun as scheduled, I realized that it would cost another $5,000 to replace the 8-core car... I thought to myself: "Okay..., then post 5000 again, at least the performance will be better than quad-core.", ask the boss to help me install the car. The boss asked me to stay for a while, the reason is because half of his legendary duel hasn't ended yet.... (It's quite speechless...)
After all the hardships, I finally waited until Hongjun's boss had completed the replacement of the car and machine. This time, he learned the lesson and immediately asked the boss for an invoice and asked for the warranty to be activated. The boss promised that he will take photos of today's construction content and upload it to the fan page. The warranty is 1 year from today. If you have any questions within 1 year, you can use LINE to contact. As for the invoice part, it claimed to use the Facebook fan page as the voucher, so no invoice was issued.

Afterwards, not only did I not see the relevant articles on the fan, but the eight-core car machine was used for less than a year, and it was unavailable without warning (the screen could not be displayed), and the navigation function was lost, which represents the next trip. Will be disrupted...
I contacted Hongjun’s boss, but after using LINE for a long time, there was no response. I can only be forced to give up the warranty of this car dealership. In addition to getting the poor service quality and after-sales service again, I must also claim the total cost of the front and rear cars ($17,000+$5,000 for a 4-core unit and an 8-core unit). Taiwan, the service life of both sets is less than 1 year).
Consumers are advised to pay attention to whether the manufacturer actually provides warranty and invoices when choosing a business. Don’t just verbal warranty. In fact, things will evaporate. After spending money, I got very poor products and services. Obviously, the period of use is less than one year!
Giving this car dealer a star is not only for the quality of the cars and machines provided by the dealership, but also for the service attitude of the service staff. Since I promised to have a warranty, I shouldn’t leave the money alone after receiving the money. I didn’t ask to replace a brand new car, but at least help me solve the problem within the warranty, right? If you don't want to, you shouldn't promise a warranty. After this experience, there is no confidence in this manufacturer. I hope everyone can consider whether to install vehicle equipment here based on the experience of others.
Finally, please remember to pay attention to how the manufacturer connects when installing the car. After I went to another car factory to reinstall the car machine, I discovered that the original line of the reversing development of my factory was cut to the reversing development lens of the pick-up machine before, and the wiring was not handled properly, which caused the signal to be sometimes missing, which is really terrible.
