用餐環境尚可，並不會太擁擠，以小吃店來說整潔度也還ok，唯一美中不足的是沒有畫單點餐機制，現場會比較混亂一些，但也是另一種風情和體驗。

小菜便宜，好吃，先在外面的櫃台人員點菜，內用要先付錢，調味醬是放在外面的餐檯自己裝取，豬腸湯，料多新鮮，
每種餐點都好吃，可輪流換點別的菜吃！便宜又實在！

麵的口感與湯頭都還可以。豬頭肉的豬味有點明顯(個人不喜歡)，可能豬肉處理沒有很好。
雖然是大碗，店家說：大碗麵價格55元+豬頭肉50元。但個人覺得價格也是偏貴，CP值不高...唉
整體給分60分
