★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1961建廟，中型廟宇，同時爲余涂徐宗親會會址。正殿主祀大德禪師楊延德（五使公），右側陪祀六使公楊延昭，左側陪祀福德正神，右殿供奉協天大帝關公，左殿供奉清水祖師。廟内有神轎，古井，五十周年慶記事碑。
A temple was built in 1961, a medium-sized temple, and also the meeting place of the Yu Tu Xu Clan Association. The main hall worships the great master Zen master Yang Yande (five ambassadors), the right side worships the six envoys Yang Yanzhao, the left side worships the Ford Zhengshen, the right hall is dedicated to Xietian Emperor Guan Gong, and the left hall is dedicated to the Qingshui Patriarch. In the temple there are god cars, ancient wells, and a 50th anniversary memorial tablet.
