已購入，購入原因如下:
一、單純的一層兩戶，中規中矩的大四房+兩廳兩衛+前後陽台(後陽台算大的，可以晾很多衣服)~
全部皆有對外窗。
二、離七堵火車站、學區算近，以下地點是以走路來計算時間:
七堵火車站(約10分鐘)、長興國小(約10分鐘)、、明德國中(約7分鐘)、
基隆商工(約5分鐘)、全美幼兒園(約3分鐘)。
三、環境清幽、視野棒、蟲嗚鳥叫、一片綠意盎然、前後都沒房子擋著，空氣流通。
