★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話詢問態度不佳，問到是否需要維修時竟然直接掛電話，再度撥打直接轉語音，我就用另外一支手機打，說沒修叫我打公司，詢問公司電話到一半又掛我電話，我以後再也不會買聲寶的任何產品了，一顆星都嫌多.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員在電話中很詳細說明維修流程。送到服務中心很快就有師傅檢查，隨後説明故障原因、維修計畫及費用，會開發票。原廠服務中心就是不一樣。惟一美中不足的是服務時間同一般上下班時段，對上班族較不方便。
The service staff explained the repair process in detail on the phone. After being sent to the service center, there will be a master to check, and then explain the cause of the failure, maintenance plan and cost, and will invoice. The original service center is different. The only drawback is that the service time is the same as the normal commuting hours, which is less convenient for the office workers.
