★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般2千多都有提供低溫宅配！買了一包價值3000多的法芙娜巧克力，居然沒有低溫宅配！巧克力在炎炎夏天裡用常溫宅配！到我手中已都融化了！公司居然回應是我沒勾選低溫，可是平常只要2000多就提供了！誰知道還要特別勾選！原本是忠實顧客.....但公司這樣的回應著實傻眼！響應大家...雖然購買配送方便，但後續處理態度很消極！??????????????????要不是選評基本要點一顆心，我真的連一顆都不想給他們???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵粉類還行。堅果、果乾類真的不行...無花果乾有醫院漂白水的味道，是我吃過最難吃的無花果乾，吃兩口真的差點連午餐都一起吐出來。堅果有油耗味。就算是選常溫配送好了，天氣炎熱好了...我也不相信這樣無花果會有漂白水的怪味，核桃在短短的運送時間出現那麼重的油耗味，我買別家也是常溫運送都沒遇到這麼難吃的。要買請三思，最後學到了教訓，最好還是到實體店家購買包裝完整的，可能有比較貴，但至少我買都沒問題，更沒有低溫運送的問題。
Flour is okay. Nuts and dried fruits are really not good... Dried figs smell like hospital bleach. They are the most unpalatable dried figs I have ever eaten. I almost spit it out with lunch after two bites. Nuts have an oily smell. Even if it is delivered at room temperature, the weather will be better...I don’t believe that figs will have a strange smell of bleach, and walnuts will have such a heavy fuel consumption smell in a short delivery time. I bought another home and delivered it at room temperature. I have never encountered such a bad taste. If you want to buy, please think twice. Finally, you have learned a lesson. It is best to go to the physical store to buy the complete package. It may be more expensive, but at least I have no problem buying it, and there is no problem of low temperature delivery.
