外送時…裝的東倒西歪的，請問你們家外送的底部都沒有固定盒裝著嗎？？才送五袋…有一袋推車不小心滾到地上，這1袋裝五杯，有1杯倒光其它的不是一半就剩下一點，真搞不懂為何要這樣裝？！有那麼趕時間嗎？！我還滿喜歡你們家的飲料，但…我這次真的很手氣，天氣那麼熱有些同事沒盒到，感覺很不好意思………可以請你們改進嗎？？我真的沒訂過一家店是這樣到啦～～??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一到店準備要點餐，結果一位男員工自顧自地洗他的盤子，現場沒有其他員工，他完全沒招呼我，我就站在那至少一分鐘，另位員工才走出來幫我點餐！
嗯這樣就算了，點餐的員工也是一臉厭世，找錢跟拿飲料給我時一句謝謝都沒有，最基本的服務態度都沒有.... 姑且不論飲料好不好喝，就不會想再去光顧了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次點特級綠茶跟錫蘭奶紅，看了螢幕發現點成兩杯特級綠茶，之後再說了一次錫蘭奶紅，做出來卻變成錫蘭紅茶。之後加收15元改成錫蘭奶紅，結果給我收回去的特級綠茶沒有還回來，變成花錫蘭奶紅+特級綠茶的錢只拿到一杯錫蘭奶紅？？
雖然我沒有發現沒拿到特級綠茶也有點錯，但兩杯飲料搞錯三次也太誇張了吧？
