在此聲明:這次的負評跟店家一點關係都沒有,主要問題出在負責收銀店員身上。 這家超大杯七堵店從以前就買過好幾次了,後來有一陣子沒買他們的飲料。我是今天2021年/3/13晚上7點30上下的時間消費,當時負責收銀的小姐請問妳腦袋有沒有禮貌跟消費規則這些觀念?我們一起的有3個人在看menu要點什麼,點了第1杯後點第2杯小姐說現在沒這個品項,於是「馬上」改別的的時候,小姐馬上講等一下,然後就無視我們直接幫後面的阿伯點飲料讓別人插隊我們?明明是我們先來的誒,你們是照號碼牌製作飲料的,我們還沒點完就把我們丟在旁還叫我們等一下。竟然先幫後面的阿伯點飲料。請問這是什麼排隊觀念呢?我從幼稚園到現在20幾歲了買手搖店的經驗,第一次遇到這種情形。雖然我們的號碼最後在他前面,但最後阿伯的飲料先好的。好那這次那個阿伯要不是飲料只有一杯,而且做很快。那如果他點很多杯呢?那不是我們三人要等到天荒地老?妳幫客人點餐一點禮貌都沒有?妳以為妳這行為跟超商一樣弄咖啡客人等待時幫下一位客人結帳是一樣概念?我可覺得不是。換成是大家遇到我這種情形會不會不爽?還是我心機窄?我想說的就這樣了。 我順便補充一下,我看了別的評論業者會回復評論的樣子,業者看到請告訴我是怎麼回事?你們的員工態度以前就一直就很糟。請在我這留言解釋一下

偏甜,但偶爾想要吃燒仙草或紅豆湯解饞時倒是一個好選擇,帶回家自己加水就好

謝謝你們封膜沒有封好,飲料整個倒出來泡在便當裡,兩個都毀了。真的超大杯:) 6/24 感謝您的回應,願意盡快回覆也願意表達後續解決方法確實是好的店家素質,修改成三顆星,不用賠償給我沒關係。

可能是我時常去買來喝,所以我覺得店員的服務態度很好,但是我還是要說綠茶的味道真的不怎麼樣,淡到幾乎無味道可言,不過我還是給於五顆星。
