★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾天前重訓深蹲拉到，腰舊傷又拉傷了，跑了2間沒什麼成效，因為要訓練的關係必須要早一點恢復，才來求助國術館，過程看似簡單的拉背，但真的很神，師傅只花了幾分鐘，我就恢復了5-6成，嚇傻了我。
A few days ago, the training was deep, and the old wounds were injured. I ran two games and it didn’t work. Because the relationship to be trained had to be restored earlier, I came to the National Museum for help. The process seemed to be simple. But it was really God. The master only spent a few minutes, and I recovered 5-6 percent, which scared me.
