湯喝起來滿清甜爽口的，沒有太多複雜的味道
豆腐很嫩很香，鴨血也都不錯，湯還可以另外加金針菇、冬粉等配料，中碗的份量就不少了
炸豆腐今天外皮沒有炸的很酥脆，但內裡的豆腐相當軟嫩多汁，醬汁和泡菜一起搭著吃很爽口

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豆腐酥嫩好吃，記得要加特製蘿蔔乾辣椒，超級適合！加了才有五顆星，沒加就要掉1星了！不要加桌上普通的辣椒醬喔！
