★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蛋餅大概是臺灣人心中早餐的TOP3選擇之一，所以蛋餅的種類也各有千秋，這間手工蛋餅和外面的小麥蛋餅類似（應該算是直系血親？），餅皮Q而有嚼勁！咀嚼久了會有甘甜香氣，若沾上甜辣醬更是一絕。
從小吃到大的蛋餅，但發現常常有人來包麵線羹，而且烏醋都是加到爆！
老闆娘很親切也很開朗，奶奶很可愛～
Omelet is probably one of the top 3 choices for breakfast in Taiwanese people, so there are different types of omelet. This handmade omelet is similar to the wheat omelet outside (should be regarded as a direct blood relative?), and the crust is Q and chewy! It will have a sweet aroma after chewing for a long time, and it will be a must if it is dipped in sweet chili sauce.
From snacks to large omelets, I found that people often make noodle soup, and the black vinegar is just added!
The lady boss is very kind and cheerful, and the grandma is very cute~
