★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區管理委員會由少數老住戶掌控，自己一堆違規，卻對其他住戶無理找碴，做一堆匪夷所思的事情，新住戶還會被警告有沒有"拜碼頭"啊，大部分的住戶都是來度假，不想管事，被欺負的住戶很多選擇搬走，表面看似很好，卻是問題一堆的社區
The community management committee is controlled by a small number of old residents. They violate the rules, but they unreasonably find fault with other residents and do a lot of unthinkable things. New residents will also be warned about whether there is "worship to the dock". Most of the residents are here. On vacation, I don’t want to take care of things. Many of the bullied residents choose to move out. On the surface, it looks good, but it’s a problematic community.

From Taipei Miami, you can see the beautiful Emerald Bay, no matter when you come, you will never get tired of seeing it. That’s right, when the weather is good and the view is good, you can even see the lights of the distant Jiufen Mountain City.
The photos below were all taken at different times. I really admire the wonder of nature and enrich our body and mind. Thank you!
