特色是 『 碳烤吐司』，
不同於一般早餐店是使用 烤土司機
這裡使用炭火加熱，而使用炭火會帶有一股特殊的香氣，真的很棒。
而飲料部分，紅茶不會苦澀感，也有販售鮮奶茶。
不喜歡奶精奶茶的很推薦鮮奶茶，
或者單點紅茶都很棒。
老闆也很親切喔！

我們點了里肌總匯三明治(55元)，就是"金山碳烤三明治"提供的口味。是台式早餐店三明治的味道，抹醬為台式美乃滋，另外還有花生醬!吐司夾有小黃瓜沙拉、里肌肉、煎蛋跟火腿。小黃瓜沙拉少了點，只有很薄的一層，有的地方甚至沒有，有點可惜。亮點是里肌肉，味道好也烤得很香!

今日嘗試了肉排三明治，吐司的外皮微脆還不錯！
本以為吐司裡的美乃滋會有點膩口，沒想到默默地就吃完一半了。
期間並沒有特別油膩的感覺！
整體而言，吐司的調味還不錯。
值得推薦！
