平價小吃份量很大碗，菜頭煮得入味，排骨酥肉質還不錯，湯頭屬於清淡的，可以加點辣油和醋！
如果只點排骨酥湯的話湯頭較濃！

這間的排骨酥蠻讚的菜頭排骨酥、
苦瓜排骨酥 ～菜頭已經吸滿滿的湯汁了﹐排骨酥入湯香氣十足﹐肉質更是嫩，幾乎快到達入口即化。
台南碗糕~想念的味道，這也是南部口味，裡面會加肉末，醬料也是微微甜，口感上比較鬆軟。

芋頭是鬆軟好吃的芋頭，排骨酥燉得還不夠軟，但是排骨外皮沒有泡脹的粉皮，這點加分，湯頭口味較重
粉肝是我吃過最生的粉肝，會吃到生生的味道，吃多容易噁心，不太合味
