★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社區套房屬飯店式管理，很嚴格安全，連房東除非必要都無法搭電梯上樓，樓頂有裝置太陽能給部份公設使用，公共電費減少一些，生活機能很好吃穿捷運，B1是運動中心，社區乾淨，租屋買房都是不錯的選擇。
The community suites are managed in a hotel style and are strictly safe. Even the landlord cannot take the elevator upstairs unless necessary. Solar energy is installed on the roof for some public facilities. The public electricity bill is reduced. The living function is very good. B1 is for sports. The center, the community is clean, renting a house and buying a house are all good choices.
