★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 板娘自身是香港人，人很熱情，店面不大，問過餐點本身是加盟商供應的，但板娘說了，『上籠蒸才是技術所在』，本次我點的是，湯包、蝦餃、燒賣，個人挺推它的(湯包跟蝦餃)，趁熱吃皮薄內餡紮實！！
 Ban Niang is a Hong Kong native, very enthusiastic, and the store is not big. I asked if the meal itself was provided by the franchisee, but Ban Niang said, "Steaming is the technology." This time I ordered, soup Buns, shrimp dumplings, and siu mai, I personally push it (soup and shrimp dumplings), eat hot and thin skin with solid filling! !!

去吃的時候跟好外帶排隊人潮很多，好像是因為我們內用等了很久，老闆娘上完我們的餐後，還送了一杯溫紅茶☕️ ?
湯包好吃，獨門醬汁（？）?

上面有2色豆（玉米、豌豆）跟火腿，吃起來比較普通。
# 蝦餃 7顆 $60
三個之中最喜歡的，以包整隻蝦子進去算實惠，口感也比較豐富一些。

醬汁是刷上去的，有醋的味道，兩種肉餡口感是相同的，一個有湯，一個有蝦的區別，感覺不太像是店家自己包的
現點現蒸，大概要等10分鐘以上
