★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 崁頭普安宮主祀神明為普庵祖佛及何仙姑娘媽。本庄先民原居今麻豆鎮安西里溪崁邊，與東溪州庄民同部落，經多次洪患，先民乃遷至今善化鎮之崁頭庄。
The main gods worshiped at the Pu'an Palace in Cantou are the ancestral Buddha of Pu'an and the mother of He Xian girl. The ancestors of this village originally lived at the edge of Anxili Creek in Madou Township today. They belonged to the same tribe as Zhuangmin in Dongxi Prefecture.
