★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好幾年沒去買了，覺得跟以前比起來味道變了。不知道是有換過老闆嗎。
烤鴨本身味道不夠香，炒的部分就算加九層塔下去炒味道也不夠出來。而且餅皮變得超小一片。光半隻鴨只有附4片薄薄的餅皮。根本就不夠包肉，覺得有點傻眼。雖然也是可以單吃，但覺得用餅皮包著再加洋蔥跟甜麵醬這樣吃法最好吃，所以最後也還是乖乖掏錢再多買餅皮。

The roast duck itself is not fragrant enough, and the fried part will not taste enough even if it is fried in a nine-story tower. And the crust becomes super small. Half a duck only has 4 thin crusts. Not enough meat at all, I feel a little dumbfounded. Although it can be eaten alone, I think it's the best way to eat it with a pie wrapper and add onions and sweet noodle sauce, so in the end, I still pay for it and buy more pie wrapper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烤鴨賣相是可以，但是吃起來卻平平無奇，毫無特色驚喜可言，醬料吃起來，說真的很是失望，整體商業氣息太濃郁，說白了就是什麼都要錢，卻勿略食物精神所在，鴨肉肥美，鮮甜是必備條件，醬汁才是靈魂，價格十分不親民，爆炒的功力也是一般，慎選！

To put it bluntly, you need money for everything, but don’t ignore it. 所有放棄沒吃⋯

老闆炒得非常好吃
下酒一定超讚的啦！
但是個人覺得60元的高麗菜超少的
當然是還會再去吃⋯
但老闆菜可否多一些⋯哈哈
