給三個星是因為連續遇到櫃檯小姐態度不佳。
櫃檯比較嬌小的那個小姐態度很不好。醫療機構不是服務業，我們不會用對服務業的要求來期待櫃檯人員要如何對待進診所的人。但是禮貌客氣的態度是人與人之間基本的尊重，請櫃檯的某個人員注意自己在工作場所的態度。

結論:我們全家以後不會再到和安看診。
