應該是我太沒有見識了 第一次知道原來網路訂票付款後還要打電話跟公司說“我訂好了哦 麻煩派車來接我 謝謝噢~”?!訂票之後該時間開車的司機不會知道哪裡有人要上車?請問網路的功能是虛設的?看到司機過站不停只能傻眼 打電話的過程一來一往 還各種沒接電話 沒有效率還浪費電話費 這種乘車流程簡直可以再更複雜一點 建議貴公司如果小站如萬華站要經過如此繁瑣的流程那乾脆不要停靠,之後派車來接我到台北轉運站是在開玩笑嗎?這麼浪費時間我還不如一開始就自行前往,謝謝!(但站務人員很積極處理這個爛攤子 謝謝他們)

訂票App顯示11/22上午10:47為「直達」礁溪班車,結果根本不是!繞行兩個站上客!太過分了,欺騙乘客!車上還遇到明顯精神狀況有問題且身上都是尿味的乘客,不聽勸阻,一再在車上點菸抽,乘客前去查看時還逕直把點著的菸塞進包包,非常危險。他要上車時站務人員居然沒有發現他的異狀。搞得大家緊張兮兮全車都是煙味就算了,處理方式是工作人員持芳香噴霧上車來盡情噴灑,真是災難!當作乘客的呼吸系統都很強大就是了。非常不愉快的一次搭乘。

1/24 17:50從宜蘭轉運站上車 在板橋轉運站下車後沒多久 發現價值兩萬元的手機忘在車上 馬上去電貴公司協尋 並又再飛車趕回去板橋轉運站 工作人員非常積極的幫助 所幸不久後就得到好消息 手機在台北轉運站就被工作人員攔截到 所幸當時還沒有人坐在那個位子 手機自己搭車去旅遊一個小時後 又被平平安安的送回到我手裡 感恩葛瑪蘭優秀的公司和工作人員

19分買到票,去上個廁所,服務人員態度很差,一直問20分要開車有沒有要上車,準時上車沒提早一直被催,不知道在趕什麼,之前沒有遇過這個問題,今天頭一次遇到真的非常差勁。前面位子的也一直往後面退很不尊重別的乘客,一直發出奇怪的聲音。
