一開始其實很緊張，怕強迫推銷什麼的，結果咨詢師非常親切也專業，針對我的問題來告訴我該如何解決，完全沒有強迫我，也非常有耐心。在做療程的過程，美容師也非常溫柔，做完第一次就覺得皮膚很亮效果也超乎我的預期，讓我覺得還好我選擇來光澤，除了有舒服漂亮的環境，重點人都很親切也專業，期待我的皮膚能像朋友一樣越來越好！

有點不好意思因為雨天遲到了，客服人員還在電話裡提醒我注意安全真的很棒～
原本因為疫情有點怕，不過來了之後防疫部分不得不給五顆星， 消毒做的很確實廁所都有擺放酒精，環境也很乾淨明亮～雷射過程中真的好緊張美容師很溫柔一直安撫情緒，醫生也很細心
諮詢師不會強迫推銷課程且親切，這裡是讓人感覺舒服的地方，下次還會帶家人來?
