★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺老闆是個認真做事的平實人，整家店簡樸乾淨，牛肉使用蘭州烹調手法（我有認真看牆上的說明唷！）也真的好吃，肉質軟嫩。
麵條有麵香，難得吃得到這樣的麵香，再加上誠意十足的價格，實在沒什麼好挑剔了。
But, 就出在這個but, 我真心建議如果湯的醬味再淡一點會更好，因為湯頭的醬油味已經把麵香跟肉香蓋過去了，也偏鹹，吃完會覺得稍有負擔。
還是給老闆鼓勵，老闆加油！希望能有清淡一點的口味。
