★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這兩年來，已習慣買他們家的碳烤燒餅，尤其是每天第一個出爐的三角餅。
三角餅飽滿，買回家若冷了要再吃，或是放冰箱當隔天早餐吃，只要灑點水在餅皮上，再進烤箱加熱個幾分鐘，餅皮酥脆甚至比剛出爐的還好吃。
當然鹹蔥酥餅的酥脆、蟹殼黃的香酥都是值得品嚐的。
In the past two years, I have become accustomed to buying their charcoal biscuits, especially the first triangular biscuits that are baked every day.
The triangular pie is full, buy it and eat it again if it’s cold, or put it in the refrigerator for breakfast the next day. Just sprinkle some water on the pie crust and heat it in the oven for a few minutes. The crust is crispier than the one just baked. good to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 能理解原物料上漲所以漲價，但連內餡都跟著用料減少很多，糖餅的糖、蔥餅的蔥都是，幾乎都是麵粉沒什麼料了。漲價又少放料，實在是很失望。
