一位年紀長的先生不知道是不是老闆。態度極差....。問問題的回答都讓人感覺很差。讓人不想去那買了！

The optometrist is explaining to me the degree of my eyes. Inside, an old clerk has been watching TV and laughing. He laughs so exaggerated and loud. Is it really professional here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多年前曾因離家近來配過一次，交代眼鏡該弄的小問題不一次處理完，讓消費者來回跑好幾趟才處理好，中途還有次寄回總公司換新眼鏡鏡片，處理時間有將近一個禮拜戴回破爛不堪的舊眼鏡，其他家我不曉得，這家的服務實在不敢恭維
Many years ago, I had been assigned one time since I left home. I didn’t deal with the small problems that I had to do with glasses. I asked the consumers to run back and forth several times before they were processed. I also sent them back to the head office for new glasses lenses. I’ve been wearing old glasses that have been ruined for nearly a week. I don’t know the other homes. The service is not flattering.

The service was superb. Last time I was dissatisfied with the flash lens, I complained to the merchants. They actually helped me adjust a new lens for free. I was moved, especially when I had a big sister. People were very kind and asked her glasses. She is very considerate
