肉應該先炒過再加入醬油燜煮，最後才加水。
可惜了豐富的用料，整碗卻吃起來像是在吃水泡飯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃過一次牛肉乾拌面之後覺得很不錯，我選擇寬的家常面，口感很棒，拌面醬的味道搭配牛肉吃起來很對味。牛肉的肉質整體來說還行，數量也滿多的，以小碗100元來說真的是cp值很夠。
因為吃過一次牛肉乾拌面之後想說要試試紅燒的湯頭就再訪了，點了大碗的紅燒牛肉面，雖然湯的味道我個人沒有特別喜歡，不過不至於到不好，就普普通通，但以大碗120元來看的話，還是一樣cp值爆高！
另外也有點滷味豆乾海帶，我覺得普通偏中下，個人不太推，但麵條的部份我真的是非常喜歡！下次會想試試牛三寶燴飯，到時再補上心得。
